CH502200/GD type/roller shaft machining center and automatic loading and unloading system
The CH502200/GD roller shaft machining center and automatic loading and unloading system are professional processing equipment that integrate automation, high precision, and multiple functions. They enable fully automated CNC machining of roller shafts and can operate independently or be easily integrated into an intelligent roller production line.

1. The core composition and processing capability system consists of four major units: the ZCSJ-I automatic material storage and feeding rack, the CH502200/GD roller shaft machining center, the ZCGCJ-I automatic discharging mechanism and storage rack, and the GDLPJ-I chain plate chip conveyor, covering the entire process from raw material feeding to finished product discharging.
The processing range covers two types of raw materials: cold-drawn shafts (Φ20-Φ50) or round steel bars (Φ22-Φ53), with processing lengths ranging from 250 to 2200mm. It can complete the entire process of automatic feeding, chamfering both ends of the shaft, machining retaining ring grooves, machining/milling flat or through flat slots, drilling center holes, drilling radial holes (optional), automatic feeding and material storage, as well as optional functions such as machining external circles, threading, axial drilling and tapping at the shaft ends, and radial milling of keyways.

Key Unit Advantages: ZCSJ-I Automatic Storage and Feeding Rack: Utilizing a PLC control system and ball screw module for feeding, it offers high precision and adjustable center height, accommodating raw materials of various diameters. It can be integrated with a milling and cutting system to form a complete production line.
CH502200/GD type roller shaft machining center: Equipped with the Caindi CNC system, it adopts a dual-CNC cross slide table and hydraulic moving clamping base structure, supporting simultaneous processing at both ends, with a dual-axis linkage error accuracy of 0.03mm. Equipped with a row tool holder and a milling flat head tool holder, it can efficiently complete multi-process machining such as flat head, chamfering, and slot machining. It is recommended to be paired with CNC precise cutting of raw materials, eliminating the need for the fixed-length flat head process, further enhancing efficiency. Core components are selected from high-quality brands such as Taiwanese ball screws, linear guides, and Japanese NSK screw bearings, ensuring equipment stability and precision.
ZCGCJ-I automatic discharge mechanism and storage rack: It adopts a self-propelled 90° direction-changing dumping unloading vehicle with numerical control, featuring fast operation speed and precise control. The storage frame has a large capacity, capable of storing 200-350 finished shafts, reducing the frequency of transfer.
III. Equipment Operation Requirements: The operating ambient temperature of the equipment should be maintained between 10℃ and 40℃, with an optimal range of 15℃ to 25℃, and a temperature variation not exceeding ±2℃ over a 24-hour period. The humidity should be controlled at 40% to 75% at 20℃. The power supply should meet the requirements of 3-phase, 5-wire, 380V, with voltage fluctuations of ±10%, and a frequency of 50HZ±2. In areas with unstable voltage, a regulated power supply should be equipped. Reliable grounding (grounding resistance <4Ω) must be ensured. The air source pressure should reach 0.7-0.8MPa. If the air source does not meet the standard, a purification device should be installed. Additionally, the equipment should be kept away from direct sunlight, vibration sources, heat sources, and high-frequency electrical equipment.
